Milky Chance liest „Finns furchtbartolle Ferien“ – ein Herzensprojekt für transplantierte Kinder
Die Band Milky Chance, langjährige Botschafter unserer Stiftung, hat das Kinderbuch „Finns furchtbartolle Ferien“ von Annika Klee als Hörbuch eingesprochen. Illustriert wurde das Buch von Lena Hesse erschienen ist es im Jupitermondverlag von Susanne Schneck, ebenfalls Botschafterin unserer Stiftung.
Gemeinsam haben sie ein besonderes Herzensprojekt ins Leben gerufen – zugunsten der Rudolf Pichlmayr Stiftung und des Ederhofs, dem europaweit einzigartigen Rehazentrum für Kinder und Jugendliche vor und nach einer Organtransplantation.
Mehr Sichtbarkeit für Kinder nach einer Organtransplantation
Mit diesem Projekt möchten Milky Chance, Susanne Schneck und die Rudolf Pichlmayr Stiftung gemeinsam auf ein wichtiges Thema aufmerksam machen: das Leben nach einer Organtransplantation.
Jedes Kind, das eine Transplantation erlebt hat, steht vor großen Herausforderungen – körperlich, emotional und sozial. Am Ederhof finden diese Kinder und ihre Familien die Unterstützung, die sie brauchen, um zurück in den Alltag zu finden, neue Kraft zu schöpfen und Lebensfreude wiederzuentdecken.
Das Hörbuch „Finns furchtbartolle Ferien“ spiegelt diese Themen auf kindgerechte und liebevolle Weise wider – mit Humor, Herz und Hoffnung.

Milky Chance Brings “Finn’s Fantastic Holidays” to Life – A Heartfelt Project for Transplanted Children
The band Milky Chance, long-time ambassadors of the Rudolf Pichlmayr Foundation, have recorded the audiobook version of “Finn’s Fantastic Holidays” by Annika Klee. The book was lovingly illustrated by Lena Hesse and published Jupitermond publishing house by Susanne Schneck, who is also an ambassador of our foundation.
Together, they have created a very special project – in support of the Rudolf Pichlmayr Foundation and the Ederhof, Europe’s only rehabilitation center for children and adolescents before and after organ transplantation.
Raising Awareness for Children After Organ Transplantation
With this project, Milky Chance, Susanne Schneck, and the Rudolf Pichlmayr Foundation aim to shine a light on an important topic: life after organ transplantation.
Every child who undergoes a transplant faces immense physical, emotional, and social challenges. At the Ederhof, these children and their families find the support they need to regain strength, confidence, and joy in life.
The audiobook “Finn’s Fantastic Holidays” reflects these experiences in a warm, humorous, and hopeful way — a story about courage, friendship, and the magic of starting anew.
